Who is Kristi Miller?

 

I discovered permanent make-up eleven years ago when I had my first procedure done. I had almost no eyebrows at the halfway point -over. What eyebrows I had, were very sparse. Every day I would have to pencil them in. By the end of the day, one or both sides would be gone.
My sister became a Permanent Makeup Technician and offered to help me.

Kristi Miller is licensed by the Washburn County Health Department and a Certified Permanent Makeup Artist.  She received training from Wisconsin Institute of Permanent Cosmetics in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin.
She is a well-known, reputable, honest  technician in the area and has numerous clients for testimonial references.

Client safety, comfort and satisfaction are her highest priorities.  To ensure that her clients are safe and comfortable, Kristi does all of her permanent makeup procedures with pre-packaged and sterilized, 100% disposable equipment components.Therefore, there is no chance of cross-contamination.   

Using the individual hair stroke technique for eyebrows to create the appearance of actual hair is just one of the custom methods available.

Kristi offers FREE consultations so that you can meet her and see her work.  Because every client has a different schedule, Kristi does not have set hours; Instead she works with her client’s availability.  All procedures are by appointment only and arranged directly by Kristi. 

Because of the distance between our rural communities and the cost of gas, Kristi has lowered prices and offers more affordable pricing than the average in this industry.

A Brand new pricing schedule starts TODAY! Any procedure; eyeliner, eye brows, lip color, ONLY $250 for your first application. $100 for each touch-up as long as you don't go over one year between touch-ups. One touch-up a year is recommended for best retention of color. If you go over one year between touch-ups, it starts at $250 again.
